Emma specialises in connecting businesses with professionals across the insurance market, with a particular focus on broking, underwriting, operations and claims roles (at all levels). With 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Emma Lillis has built an impressive career in both broking and recruitment. Having started as a broker with international Lloyd’s of London brokers, she later transitioned into consulting and talent acquisition, most recently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at a leading Lloyd’s firm.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with family, staying active, and having fun.
